Arriving at the hotel, we were pleasantly surprised by the delicious welcome pack that included a loaf of sourdough bread from a local bakery and a freshly baked pound cake. the hospitality was excellent and the cleanliness of the rooms and bathroom was impeccable. the central location of the hotel made it the perfect choice for a relaxing weekend away, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities.
One minor confusion we encountered upon arrival was the lack of clear labeling for our specific cottage. this was quickly resolved and did not significantly impact our stay.

Staying at this lovely property was a delight from the moment we arrived. The warm welcome and small touches like a welcome pack with bread, milk, butter, and a delicious cake made us feel right at home. The location was excellent, with stunning views of the cathedral and all the shops within a short walk. The accommodation itself was clean, fresh, and tidy, and the cozy bedrooms and efficient central heating made for a comfortable stay. We especially loved the surprise outside space, complete with outdoor facilities and a BBQ.
One small downside was the lack of radio/speaker in the kitchen area, but we easily solved this by buying one from a nearby shop.
